If a password is forgotten or has never been used before, the best way to recover it is to view the master password list.
- To view the master password list, go to Maintenance-System-Password. Here you must enter the master password for the store, and it will then display all other passwords, and allow you to change them.
- If a master password is lost, please refer to the File:2008ExecutiveManual.pdf under Password to find the list of default passwords, in the case that the master password has never been modified.
- If the master password has been changed from the default, and is not able to be recovered otherwise, the last option is to manually access the ExecutiveData file and check the Password table.
